Mr. Cichocki has worked as a plant engineer in industry and managed industrial maintenance departments.  He has experience in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment; preventative maintenance system development and management; and designing air conditioning and ventilation systems and electrical controls.  Project management experience includes all phases:  budgeting, scope of work, defining work scope, contractor selection, project oversight, punch lists and job closeout.

Prior to earning his engineering degree,Vince has had experience as an HVAC service mechanic.

Mr. Rink has had broad experience in the design of plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems for a wide variety of educational, medical, industrial and residential facilities including both new construction and renovation projects.

Systems include:  Medical gases, R.O. and distilled water, compressed air, natural gas, domestic water, storm and sanitary drainage, vacuum, fire protection and on-site utility work including bulk medical gas storage facilities.  Responsibilities include site and systems surveys and development of systems revisions including design and specifications.

Well-informed on the provisions of the BOCA and International Plumbing Codes, the City of Wilmington and New Castle County Plumbing Codes, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals, as well as the applicable sections of the NFPA Codes.  He is a past president of the Philadelphia Chapter of ASPE.




James A. Beck, LEED AP

Project Assignment: Project Manager/Marketing Director

Mr. Beck has designed the electrical systems for a wide range of projects including renovations, additions, and new construction. Such projects include office spaces, health care facilities, educational facilities, and commercial and industrial buildings.

The projects have included preliminary surveys of utilities, development of electric power and lighting distribution systems and controls, preparation of specifications, and attendance at progress meetings during construction.

As a Project Manager, Mr. Beck is involved from Project Design Conception to Construction Completion.

Mr. Beck is an Allied Member of A.I.A. Delaware, Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO), Pennsylvania School Board Association, and Service Associate Member (PSBA).

As a Project Manager, Mr. Jordan is involved from project design conception to construction completion. Most recent projects: Harlan Elementary School, Concord High School, P.S.duPont Elementary School, Salesianum School Science Wing Addition, Chapel/Conference center, Fine Arts Renovation and various State of Delaware MCI Projects.

Mr. Jordan is a member of ASHRAE and ASPE.

Project Assignment: Senior Electrical Designer/Project Management

Mr. Minner’s experience includes survey, design, specification and field supervision during construction. Types of projects include educational and penal institutions, office buildings with a strong emphasis in Healthcare work. His responsibilities include preliminary project site surveys of existing conditions, design and development of any and all project requirements including power and lighting distribution, communication systems, fire alarm and security systems, and the preparation of all associated specifications. Most recent projects include renovations to the Sterilization Departments at both Wilmington and Christiana Hospitals, 2-story addition to the Christiana Healthcare Center, Hemodialysis Suite at Christiana and Cancer Center addition. Most recently completed a Private OutPaitient Imaging/Surgical Center containing (2) MRI Suites, (1) CAT Scan, (1) Fluro and (8) Major and Minor O.R.'s. As well as electrical design of these projects, Mr. Minner has been the Project Manager on all projects from conception to construction completion.
